Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team covering the Bitung area. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B and B2C customers within the Bitung region, using a blend of cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and deepen existing client relationships by delivering tailored product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing post‑sale support.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan that aligns with corporate targets, including monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate forecasting, and alignment of promotional activities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product enhancements and new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry or regional market.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Honest, responsible, and self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience and the capacity to perform well under high‑pressure situations.
