Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our growth initiatives in the Kotamobagu region. This role is a critical point of contact between our company and its customers, responsible for driving revenue, building lasting relationships, and expanding market share. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B and B2C customers within the Kotamobagu area.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans that align with corporate targets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by conducting market research, cold calling, and networking at industry events.
- Present product solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Provide post‑sale support, follow‑up on client satisfaction, and upsell additional services.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor offerings to local market needs.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory changes that could affect sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and mentor junior sales staff when needed.
- Work under pressure to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the same industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey value propositions clearly.
- High integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Resilience and composure when working under tight deadlines or high‑pressure situations.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Proficiency in sales development tools and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
