We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Engineer – Technology Sales to join our rapidly growing team. As a senior member of the sales engineering group, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand complex technical specifications while driving revenue growth across multiple verticals.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the building materials and construction sectors.
- Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations that align with both client needs and company profitability targets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate forecasting.
- Provide post‑sale technical support, assisting clients with installation, integration, and troubleshooting to guarantee successful adoption.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for internal sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Travel to client sites across the region, leveraging personal transportation and a valid SIM C license for on‑site engagements.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand visibility and gather market intelligence.
- Work within a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00) while maintaining a high level of professionalism and teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D1) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction technology, or a similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Team‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functional departments.
- Ownership of a motor vehicle and a valid SIM C license for field visits.
- Age limit: maximum 40 years; both male and female candidates are welcome, though male candidates are preferred per company policy.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis tools.
