We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic retail team as Staff Crew Outlet Sales and Customer Service members. Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that match their preferences.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the outlet, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are tidy, and promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the inventory team to replenish low‑stock items.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on after‑sales service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Operate under pressure during peak hours, managing long queues and high‑volume sales while maintaining accuracy and composure.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures within the outlet.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, product performance, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: Applicants must be within the legal working age limits.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication, honesty, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet demanding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with store management systems and basic computer literacy.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
