Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver – Transport & Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Operate company‑provided vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions, to transport staff, clients, and goods in compliance with all traffic regulations.
- Maintain punctuality by adhering to scheduled pick‑up and drop‑off times, while communicating any delays promptly to dispatch.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, conduct routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues to the fleet manager to ensure optimal safety and performance.
- Handle and secure luxury and high‑value vehicles when required, demonstrating meticulous care and attention to detail.
- Assist with loading and unloading of light cargo, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide courteous, professional service to passengers, addressing special requests and ensuring a comfortable ride experience.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators to optimize routing, reduce fuel costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on local traffic patterns, road closures, and weather conditions to proactively adjust routes.
- Participate in safety training sessions and emergency response drills to be prepared for any incident on the road.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged up to 35 years.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or high school (SMA) equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Experience driving luxury or executive vehicles is a strong advantage.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS and route‑planning software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact respectfully with senior executives and external clients.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a high degree of personal integrity.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor checks (oil level, tire pressure, etc.).
- Physical fitness to assist with loading tasks and to endure long periods of driving.
