Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and suggest daily specials or promotions.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Monitor table settings, clear used dishes, and maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
- Handle payment transactions efficiently, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate order timing and address any special dietary requests.
- Respond to guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more serious concerns to the floor manager.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments) and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions, briefings, and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any legal working age; no upper age limit.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or similar food‑service environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with diverse customers.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Resilience under pressure, especially during peak dining hours.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including proper table setting and wine service.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
