We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Operations Staff Team Member to join our fast‑paced culinary team. Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, and mixers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and sanitation protocols, including cleaning workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
- Support the shift team by coordinating tasks, communicating order priorities, and assisting teammates during peak periods.
- Document daily production reports, temperature logs, and any equipment malfunctions for management review.
- Participate in regular safety drills and follow emergency procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including shift work and weekend or holiday assignments as required.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements, workflow optimization, and cost‑saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki) – this position is designated for male candidates.
- Age: Maximum 28 years.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification; SMK or SMA equivalent is also acceptable.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a commercial kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Key Skills: Ability to operate kitchen equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain cleanliness.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, quick‑thinking, and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Availability: Willingness to work a shift system and be on duty during weekends and public holidays.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 (with possible overtime during high‑volume periods).
