Introduction

Home Credit Indonesia is a leading provider of consumer financing solutions across the country, partnering with a wide network of retail outlets, malls, and street‑level merchants. To support our rapid expansion in the Pematangsiantar region, we are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals for the role of Associate Sales – Customer Relationship Management. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will engage directly with consumers, promote financing products, and help customers complete seamless payment transactions using Home Credit services.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell Home Credit payment solutions at partner outlets, including both street‑level stores and mall locations.
  • Engage customers through social media platforms, creating compelling content that highlights product benefits and drives leads.
  • Guide clients step‑by‑step through the payment process, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the Home Credit brand with confidence and courtesy.
  • Collect and document customer feedback, reporting trends to the regional sales manager for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to company guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on product features, promotional campaigns, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with outlet staff to coordinate promotional events and improve point‑of‑sale visibility.
  • Utilize a personal Android smartphone to access the Home Credit mobile app for real‑time transaction processing and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Positive attitude toward challenges and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional, neat appearance and the confidence to represent the brand in public settings.
  • Own an Android smartphone capable of running the Home Credit sales application.
  • Willingness to be stationed at partner outlets within the Pematangsiantar area, including both street and mall locations.
