To support our rapid expansion in the Pematangsiantar region, we are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals for the role of Associate Sales – Customer Relationship Management. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will engage directly with consumers, promote financing products, and help customers complete seamless payment transactions using Home Credit services.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Home Credit payment solutions at partner outlets, including both street‑level stores and mall locations.
- Engage customers through social media platforms, creating compelling content that highlights product benefits and drives leads.
- Guide clients step‑by‑step through the payment process, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the Home Credit brand with confidence and courtesy.
- Collect and document customer feedback, reporting trends to the regional sales manager for continuous improvement.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to company guidelines and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on product features, promotional campaigns, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with outlet staff to coordinate promotional events and improve point‑of‑sale visibility.
- Utilize a personal Android smartphone to access the Home Credit mobile app for real‑time transaction processing and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail or financial services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Positive attitude toward challenges and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional, neat appearance and the confidence to represent the brand in public settings.
- Own an Android smartphone capable of running the Home Credit sales application.
- Willingness to be stationed at partner outlets within the Pematangsiantar area, including both street and mall locations.
