Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Operations Crew Member to join our fast‑growing food‑and‑beverage (F&B) team. This position is ideal for individuals who have a solid background in kitchen work, especially in preparing grilled chicken satay, and who thrive in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and grill chicken satay to our exacting quality standards, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, slicers, mixers, and food processors, while performing routine cleaning and maintenance.
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to manage food cost and minimize waste.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory, checking for freshness and proper labeling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to local health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Document daily production logs, report any equipment malfunctions, and suggest process improvements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of honesty and responsibility, including accurate cash handling and reporting when required.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on food safety, new menu items, and customer service excellence.
  • Utilize personal transportation to arrive promptly for the 8‑hour shift (15:00‑23:00), Monday through Saturday, with one day off per week.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a kitchen setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and grill chicken satay or similar grilled dishes.
  • Strong work ethic characterized by honesty, reliability, and accountability.
  • Ability to work an 8‑hour shift (15:00‑23:00) for six days a week.
  • Own a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the workplace.
