Responsibilities

  • Manage front‑desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and update the store management system, ensuring inventory records, sales reports, and customer data are accurate and timely.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle routine clerical tasks: filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing physical and digital documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and reserving conference rooms.
  • Support payroll and HR administration by collecting attendance sheets and verifying employee data.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the work environment remains well‑stocked and orderly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to streamline order processing and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in shift handovers, providing clear updates on pending tasks and any operational challenges.
  • Uphold company policies on confidentiality, data protection, and workplace safety.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA) graduation.
  • Age limit: 23 years old or younger at the time of application.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Marital status: Must be unmarried.
  • Availability to work a fixed shift schedule, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: honest, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
