Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential borrowers through outbound calls, face‑to‑face visits, and digital outreach.
- Present BERAU’s credit offerings, explain terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules in clear, customer‑friendly language.
- Conduct on‑site and remote creditworthiness surveys, collecting necessary documentation such as income statements, tax returns, and collateral details.
- Prepare preliminary credit proposals and forward them to the underwriting team for final approval.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that highlight new credit products.
- Follow up with approved borrowers to ensure smooth disbursement of funds and answer any post‑approval queries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product changes, market trends, and risk management practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Basic proficiency in using communication tools (telephone, email, messaging apps) and familiarity with CRM software.
