Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven individual to join our field operations team as a Mitra Program Penawaran Denda in the Sei Rampah region. This role is pivotal in managing the final settlement process for customers who have already cleared their primary obligations but still hold outstanding penalties. As a front‑line representative, you will act as the bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring that penalty payments are offered, negotiated, and collected in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers who have outstanding penalty balances and present clear payment or settlement options.
- Negotiate payment terms, discounts, or installment plans in line with company policy to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Document all interactions, agreements, and payment receipts accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Maintain a daily schedule that maximizes coverage of the designated territory while adhering to safety and traffic regulations.
- Collaborate with the central collections team to relay updates, escalations, and any disputes that arise during negotiations.
- Provide feedback on common customer objections and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall penalty recovery strategy.
- Ensure that all field activities are performed within the stipulated working hours (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday).
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct during every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorbike (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Physical stamina to travel throughout the Sei Rampah area and conduct multiple daily visits.
