Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic design team in Nganjuk. Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in developing schematic designs, construction documents, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Participate in client meetings, translating client aspirations into clear, visually compelling design concepts.
- Conduct site analyses, material research, and code compliance checks to ensure feasibility and regulatory adherence.
- Prepare presentation boards, 3‑D renderings, and digital models that effectively communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including structural, MEP, and interior designers—to integrate technical solutions.
- Support project scheduling, documentation, and coordination of revisions throughout the design development phase.
- Continuously explore emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Maximum age of 30 years; male candidates are preferred but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
- At least one year of relevant experience in an architectural firm or design studio.
- Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility with the ability to formulate clear, elegant concepts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with rendering tools such as V-Ray or Lumion is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines (smart working).
- Willingness to be based in Nganjuk and travel to project sites as required.
