Introduction
PRAVILOworld, a leading Wellness & Body Practice Center located in the serene area of Kaba‑Kaba, Tabanan, Bali (just 15 minutes from Pererenan/Canggu), is expanding its therapeutic team. We are seeking 2‑3 dedicated Massage Therapists – Certified Wellness Specialists to deliver premium, culturally‑rich massage experiences to a diverse, international clientele.
This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where traditional Balinese techniques blend with modern sports recovery methods, ensuring each client receives a personalized, high‑quality treatment.
Responsibilities
- Client Care (≈80% of the day)
- Perform professional massage sessions including Balinese, Deep Tissue, and Sports Recovery modalities.
- Tailor each treatment to the unique physical needs and wellness goals of international guests.
- Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere and provide post‑session recommendations for at‑home care.
- Recovery & Combo Services (≈10% of the day)
- Deliver targeted recovery massages following PRAVILO’s stretch and mobility classes.
- Collaborate with the founder to develop and refine proprietary recovery protocols.
- Team & Facility Support
- Assist in maintaining a clean, hygienic treatment environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and peer reviews.
- Contribute ideas for new service offerings and promotional packages.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of professional massage experience.
- Proficiency in Balinese Massage and Deep Tissue techniques (mandatory).
- Conversational English to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Valid massage therapy certificate or diploma; strong understanding of human anatomy.
- Physical stamina to comfortably perform 3‑5 sessions per day.
- Residency in Tabanan, Canggu, Pererenan, or nearby areas.
- Preferred additional skills:
- Sports massage or injury rehabilitation.
- Specialties such as Hot Stone, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, or Cupping.
- Diplomas from recognized spa academies (Mandara, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC).
- Own driver’s license and vehicle for reliable transportation.
