We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staff Setrika dan Penataan Laundry to join our fast‑growing laundry operations team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that every garment is expertly ironed, neatly folded, and ready for delivery to our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality ironing on a wide variety of fabrics, maintaining the proper temperature and technique for each material.
- Sort, fold, and arrange laundered items according to client specifications, ensuring a neat and presentable final product.
- Inspect garments for stains, damage, or missing accessories before and after ironing, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Operate and care for ironing equipment, including steam presses, flat irons, and related accessories, performing routine maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with the laundry team to meet daily production targets while preserving quality and speed.
- Assist in inventory management of ironing supplies (e.g., starch, spray water, protective covers) and request replenishment when stock runs low.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers who inquire about garment care or service status.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on the latest fabric care techniques and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as per company policy.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- No prior experience required, though previous work in ironing or garment handling is preferred.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce consistently crisp, wrinkle‑free results.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a tidy work area under time‑pressured conditions.
- Basic knowledge of fabric types and appropriate ironing temperatures.
- Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude toward team members.
