Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Bar dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to lead our bar operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This pivotal role combines hands‑on management of beverage service with strategic oversight of daily workflows, staff coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can balance operational efficiency with a genuine passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable impression.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drink preparation, presentation, and service quality.
- Train, coach, and schedule bar staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements to boost satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to synchronize service flow during peak hours.
- Conduct regular financial reviews, track sales performance, and create reports for senior management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area, adhering to local licensing and sanitation standards.
- Lead promotional activities, special events, and seasonal menu launches to drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates, though prior experience in bar or hospitality management is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated honesty and strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Proficiency in beverage preparation, presentation, and service techniques.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
