We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Tim Operasional Lapangan to join our dynamic field operations team. This full‑time position is based in Tuban City and offers a structured Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule. Responsibilities
- Assist in daily field operations, including the setup, monitoring, and closure of on‑site activities.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment usage, and work progress using the store management system.
- Perform routine checks of equipment, tools, and facilities to guarantee safety and compliance with company standards.
- Support senior field supervisors in preparing daily work plans and reporting any deviations or issues.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers and partners who visit the field site.
- Participate in regular team meetings, share observations, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation of operational logs.
- Ensure that all work is performed within the agreed working hours of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Uphold company policies regarding confidentiality, ethics, and workplace conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Marital Status: Single
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Age: No upper limit specified, but must be able to perform physical tasks required on the field
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Tuban City
- No current enrollment in school, college, or any other institutional commitment
- Personal Attributes: Honest, diligent, quick‑thinking, and proactive
- Technical Skill: Familiarity with a Store Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko) or willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to handle handheld devices used for data collection
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger field team
