Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Penata Anestesi Klinik Bedah dan Perawatan Pasien to join our multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced surgical and outpatient care setting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and effective anesthesia services for a diverse patient population. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable schedule that balances clinical responsibilities with opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, check, and maintain anesthesia equipment, medication carts, and monitoring devices before each surgical case.
- Assist anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists in induction, maintenance, and emergence phases of anesthesia, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Monitor vital signs, airway management, and anesthesia depth throughout procedures, promptly reporting any abnormalities.
- Document anesthesia records accurately, including drug administration, patient responses, and postoperative recovery notes.
- Coordinate with the surgical team, operating room staff, and postoperative care units to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Conduct routine inventory checks, restock supplies, and manage equipment calibration schedules in compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate in pre‑operative patient assessments, verifying allergies, medical histories, and consent forms.
- Provide patient education on anesthesia plans, postoperative pain management, and recovery expectations.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, applying basic life support and advanced airway techniques as required.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to protocols and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Demonstrated competence in anesthesia equipment handling and basic pharmacology.
