Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the sales process, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process all counter transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and refunds.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to answer inquiries, recommend alternatives, and upsell complementary items.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting trends, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, initiate re‑orders, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Implement promotional activities and special offers, tracking their impact on sales figures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑presented counter area in compliance with company standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, logistics, and finance—to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
