This position is perfect for qualified female educators who hold at least a bachelor’s degree and are passionate about delivering personalized, high‑quality tutoring services. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans for one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions, aligning with each student’s curriculum and learning style.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback to both learners and their parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson topics, and performance metrics using the company’s learning management system.
- Communicate proactively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, challenges, and recommended strategies for improvement.
- Stay current with national education standards, textbook revisions, and innovative teaching methodologies to ensure the highest instructional quality.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to share best practices and continuously enhance tutoring techniques.
- Uphold a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Coordinate with other tutors and subject‑matter experts to create interdisciplinary projects and enrichment activities when appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or a related field.
- Female candidates only, in accordance with the client’s specific preferences.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and, where applicable, proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Demonstrated ability to develop lesson plans, assess learning outcomes, and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with online tutoring platforms and virtual classroom tools.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of student information.
