- Conduct laboratory sessions and workshop projects that emphasize practical application, safety protocols, and the use of modern CNC machines, 3‑D printers, and diagnostic equipment.
- Develop and continuously update curriculum materials to align with national standards and emerging industry trends such as Industry 4.0, renewable energy technologies, and automation.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, exams, project evaluations, and practical demonstrations, providing timely feedback and individualized support.
- Mentor students on career planning, including guidance on apprenticeships, certifications, and university admission processes.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, industry partners, and the school’s leadership team to organize field trips, guest lectures, and internship programs.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance logs, and grading reports in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in professional development activities, school committees, and extracurricular clubs such as robotics, automotive repair, and technical competitions.
- Uphold a safe and inclusive classroom environment, managing student behavior, and responding effectively to any emergencies or pressure situations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Education.

- Prior teaching experience in a vocational or technical setting is preferred, though fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
