Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Laboratorium Pengujian Kimia dan Biologi to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Bangli, Bali. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, providing an excellent work‑life balance for professionals eager to contribute to product quality and safety in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or a related scientific field, be under 35 years of age, and have at least one year of hands‑on laboratory experience. Strong analytical skills, a passion for laboratory work, and an eye for detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non‑routine chemical, microbiological, and physical analyses according to established SOPs.
- Prepare reagents, calibrate instruments, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Record and interpret test data, generate detailed analytical reports, and communicate findings to production and quality assurance teams.
- Implement and monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and halal certification standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot deviations, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and validation of new test methods and parameters.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to ensure product integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in a food, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing setting.
- Normal color vision (non‑color‑blind) to accurately interpret test results.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and halal certification is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct tests according to defined parameters and to document results precisely.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to adhere to the work schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
