Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Operasional Wahana Atraksi. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth, safe, and enjoyable operation of our attraction rides and entertainment areas. As part of a vibrant amusement park environment, you will interact with guests daily, help maintain high service standards, and contribute to a memorable experience for visitors of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor ride control panels, ensuring all safety protocols are followed before, during, and after each ride cycle.
- Conduct pre‑shift inspections of attractions, checking mechanical components, safety restraints, and emergency equipment.
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting procedures, providing clear instructions and answering questions with a friendly demeanor.
- Respond promptly to any ride interruptions or emergencies, executing evacuation procedures and reporting incidents to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the ride queue areas, including regular removal of litter and organization of signage.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for routine checks, minor repairs, and reporting of any technical issues.
- Track daily ride performance metrics and submit accurate logs for operational analysis.
- Provide basic first‑aid assistance when needed, and ensure that all health and safety equipment is readily available.
- Support promotional events and seasonal activities by adapting to special ride configurations or guest flow changes.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (exceptions may apply for specific positions such as PA & Cook).
- Residency: Must reside in DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta) or surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills – cheerful, helpful, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Basic understanding of ticketing or store management systems is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shift hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Commitment to safety standards and willingness to undergo regular training.
