Wahaha Bandar Lampung is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Crew Dapur (Way Halim) team within the Operational Kitchen division. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced food‑service environment, supporting the preparation and delivery of high‑quality meals to our customers. The role is based at our Way Halim outlet in Bandar Lampung, with shift hours from 09:30 to 21:00, Monday through Sunday. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and food items according to detailed recipe cards and verbal instructions from the Cook or Head Kitchen.
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards by cleaning work surfaces, utensils, and equipment before, during, and after service.
  • Assist in the organization and stock‑taking of pantry items, ensuring that all supplies are properly labeled and stored.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen crew members, following a coordinated workflow to meet service deadlines.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperature controls to guarantee food safety and consistent product quality.
  • Adapt quickly to high‑pressure situations during peak hours, multitasking while preserving attention to detail.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisory staff promptly.
  • Participate in routine deep‑cleaning schedules, including floor mopping, waste disposal, and sanitizing of food‑handling areas.
  • Support the Head Kitchen in inventory rotation, ensuring first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) usage of perishable goods.
  • Continuously improve personal culinary skills through on‑the‑job training and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years (candidates up to 30 years are preferred).
  • Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMA/SMK or higher is advantageous.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior kitchen experience is considered a strong plus.
  • Residency: Must reside in Bandar Lampung or surrounding areas to ensure reliable attendance.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to follow instructions from senior kitchen staff.
  • Excellent personal hygiene and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during high‑traffic service periods.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards and willingness to adhere to all regulatory guidelines.
