Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Manado. This position, also known as Penanggung Jawab Penjualan, will serve as the primary liaison between our company’s product portfolio and both existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and possess the drive to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively promote and sell company products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs.
  • Generate and secure orders through the channel distribution network, ensuring accurate data entry and thorough verification of customer information.
  • Prepare, review, and complete all necessary documentation for customer credit applications, collaborating closely with finance and underwriting teams.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and clear communication of approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and locations, and address any inquiries related to billing, contracts, or product warranties.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the Manado region.
  • Maintain detailed sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics using the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for product positioning and promotional strategies.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, adhering to scheduled visits and appointments.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (Associate degree) in any field or high school (SMA/SMK) equivalent for entry‑level candidates.
  • Age: Maximum 29 years at the time of application.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role will be given priority.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and present product value propositions.
  • Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all professional interactions.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field work.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with occasional flexibility for customer events.
