Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Konsultan ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah) to join our charitable foundation that manages ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, Wakaf) assets across Indonesia. The consultant will act as a bridge between donors—both individuals and institutions—and our program teams, ensuring that contributions are collected, recorded, and deployed in line with Islamic principles and national regulations. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a background in marketing, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to social impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential donors, including private individuals, corporate entities, and community groups, to secure Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, and Wakaf contributions.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local mosques, NGOs, and business associations to expand the donor network.
- Organize and conduct outreach campaigns, workshops, and public speaking events that communicate the foundation’s mission, program impact, and donation procedures.
- Collect, verify, and document donation receipts in accordance with Shariah compliance and governmental reporting standards.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely allocation of funds to approved projects.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing trends in donor behavior and providing actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to promote donation drives and showcase success stories.
- Provide training and guidance to community volunteers on effective fundraising techniques and ethical fundraising practices.
- Maintain a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and valid SIM C to travel across assigned districts for field visits and donor meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or fundraising, preferably within the non‑profit or religious sector.
- Must be a practicing Muslim (Male or Female) with a strong understanding of Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, and Wakaf principles.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in market analysis, public speaking, and social media management.
- Strong organizational abilities, time‑management, and scheduling skills.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid SIM C for field mobility.
- Demonstrated empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for community development.
