Introduction
PT Bahtera Pesat Lintasbuana, a trusted partner of Bank BTPN and Bank SMBC, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Relationship Officer – Bank Area Purwokerto. This dynamic role is based in the Purwokerto and Banyumas regions and offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. As a key face of our banking partners, you will help expand financial inclusion by promoting loan products to micro‑entrepreneurs, private‑sector employees, and other qualified customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new and existing customers through field visits, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of BTPN’s digital‑loan products (up to IDR 50 million unsecured) and Maxi‑loan products (IDR 300 million – 1 billion secured).
- Collect and verify required documentation, including land certificates, BPKB, or other collateral for secured loans.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, track conversion rates, and achieve monthly sales targets set by the bank partners.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports, sales summaries, and loan application status updates to management.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with borrowers, providing post‑sale support and addressing any service issues.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and compliance teams to ensure promotional materials meet regulatory standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product changes, underwriting policies, and industry trends.
- Represent the company professionally during community events, business fairs, and networking gatherings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4); a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Age: 30 – 40 years (maximum 40 years).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or micro‑finance environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Own a motorcycle and a valid SIM C; transportation flexibility is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and familiarity with digital loan platforms.
- Ability to pass a credit‑check (SLIK) and OJK background verification.
