Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Eksekutif Penjualan B2B Korporat to join our fast‑growing education services team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. The successful candidate will be the face of our organization when engaging with school administrators, presenting our student‑support programs, and forging long‑term strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint across the region, ensuring that schools receive tailored tutoring solutions that match their unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential schools that could benefit from our student‑bimbingan (tutoring) programs.
  • Conduct professional, data‑driven presentations to school management teams, articulating the value proposition and ROI of our services.
  • Negotiate and draft partnership agreements, including pricing structures, service level expectations, and operational timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with internal curriculum and operations teams to customize program packages that align with each school’s curriculum gaps and student performance targets.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, tracking all stages from lead generation to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Provide ongoing account management, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Travel extensively across North Sumatra to meet school stakeholders, attend educational fairs, and represent the company at regional conferences.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging educational technologies to continuously refine the sales approach.

Requirements

  • Male, Muslim candidates only; maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from a recognized university, preferably in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the education or training sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanor when presenting to senior school officials.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess school needs and align them with our program solutions.
  • High level of personal discipline: non‑smoker, healthy lifestyle, and no romantic relationships that could interfere with work commitments.
  • Comfortable with a high‑mobility work environment and capable of meeting aggressive sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, with occasional evening events as required.
