Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Hunter to join our growing team in Bukittinggi. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives under pressure, loves chasing targets, and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding our market reach, and driving revenue growth in a competitive landscape. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and requires a willingness to be based locally.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients, emphasizing value propositions and ROI.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, updating activity logs, forecasts, and performance metrics on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer‑service teams to refine messaging, gather market intelligence, and improve the sales funnel.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting results to senior management.
- Provide post‑sale support to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
- Travel within the Bukittinggi region using personal motorbike and valid SIM C to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Continuously improve personal sales techniques through training, mentorship, and self‑directed learning.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of independent decision‑making.
- Own a motorbike and hold a valid SIM C license.
- Willingness to be permanently placed in Bukittinggi.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with digital sales tools is a plus.
