Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our expanding team in the Kabupaten Bojonegoro area. This role focuses on acquiring small and medium‑sized enterprises (UMKM) as new users of our electronic data capture (EDC) machines, a critical component of Indonesia’s growing digital payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment, possess a proven sales track record, and be ready to contribute to the financial inclusion of local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily canvassing visits to UMKM throughout Kabupaten Bojonegoro, presenting the benefits of our EDC solutions.
- Achieve a minimum sales target of 2‑3 EDC units per day by identifying prospects, delivering product demos, and closing agreements.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential merchants, updating CRM records with accurate contact information and interaction notes.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and onboarding documents in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure seamless installation and activation of EDC devices at merchant locations.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing merchant inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and fostering long‑term relationships.
- Report daily and weekly performance metrics to the regional sales manager, highlighting challenges and opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product features, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting electronic payments.
- Represent the company at local business events, trade fairs, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
- Continuously seek feedback from merchants to improve service delivery and identify new upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; all genders are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or consumer electronics.
- Possession of a valid SIM C and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel motorbike for field travel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with basic sales analysis tools and an aptitude for interpreting performance data.
- Demonstrated resilience, problem‑solving capability, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional weekend events as needed.
