Introduction

This role is pivotal in ensuring that business channel orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting our mission to provide seamless financing solutions across the Greater Jakarta area. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the credit assessment team, and our operational support centers, guaranteeing that every transaction moves smoothly through our internal systems.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on orders received through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgment and progression.
- Collect, verify, and complete all consumer and financing object data before entry into the ACCTION system.
- Accurately input incoming orders from the dicicilaja platform into the ACCTION system, maintaining data integrity.
- Review and process credit applications in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions or consumer grading outcomes.
- Communicate credit approval results to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Dispatch survey orders to the SOC (Survey Operations Center) and track their completion.
- Coordinate closely with the SHC (Sales Help Center) regarding ongoing consumer orders to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all customer interactions, data entries, and transaction statuses within the system.
- Uphold confidentiality and data security standards in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or customer‑service experience.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software; experience with ACCTION or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and ability to handle sensitive financial data responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
