Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter Intern to join our dynamic talent acquisition team at our Bintaro office in South Tangerang. This internship offers a hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, giving you the opportunity to develop core HR competencies while contributing to the growth of a fast‑moving organization. Whether you are a recent graduate or a young professional looking to launch a career in human resources, this role will provide valuable exposure to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across a range of functions.
Responsibilities
- Draft, post, and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms, ensuring that each listing accurately reflects the role and aligns with the company’s brand voice.
- Screen incoming résumés and CVs to identify qualified candidates, using criteria such as education, experience, and skill fit.
- Conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, handling logistics and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and status changes.
- Assist in creating recruitment reports that track time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.
- Support employer branding initiatives by contributing ideas for social media content, career fairs, and university outreach programs.
- Provide a professional and positive candidate experience, answering queries promptly and guiding applicants through each stage of the hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; D3 degree preferred.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are core values.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Basic understanding of recruitment principles and a keen interest in talent acquisition.
- Proactive attitude, high level of organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Access to personal transportation for occasional off‑site activities such as campus visits or job fairs.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience as a recruiter or in a related HR role is a plus but not mandatory.
