Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within the prescribed timelines.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, and direct visits to discuss outstanding balances and arrange repayment schedules.
- Analyze credit files and payment histories to identify risk patterns and propose appropriate collection strategies.
- Negotiate settlement agreements, payment plans, and restructuring options while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the collection management system, documenting all communication and actions taken.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting collection results, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting, legal, and customer service teams to resolve disputes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new collection technologies.
- Assist in developing and refining collection policies, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 (any major) – candidates with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational guidelines).
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear focus on achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with collection management software.
- Willingness to work on a Monday‑Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 16:00, at the Adira Finance office closest to your domicile.
