Introduction
AmarthaLink, a leading fintech platform focused on expanding financial inclusion across Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Partner Agent – Sales Akuisisi for the Jambi region. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our agent network, enabling more micro‑entrepreneurs and underserved communities to access affordable credit and digital financial services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self‑starter with a proven track record in sales acquisition, capable of building strong relationships and delivering results in a fast‑paced, field‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new AmarthaLink agents to meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets.
- Conduct engaging presentations and educational sessions to explain the benefits, features, and operational procedures of AmarthaLink services.
- Maintain ongoing communication with agents, ensuring high satisfaction levels and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide hands‑on training and continuous support on the use of the AmarthaLink system, product portfolio, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, performance metrics, and adherence to service standards, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and demographic data to develop actionable strategies for expanding the agent footprint.
- Prepare and submit regular reports detailing acquisition progress, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, and operations—to align agent initiatives with broader company goals.
- Travel within the assigned territory on a daily basis, leveraging a personal motorcycle and valid SIM C for field visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecom, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing target‑driven goals.
- Strong knowledge of the Jambi market and familiarity with local business networks.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold an active SIM C.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

- Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
