This role is critical in maintaining healthy cash flow for our credit portfolio by directly engaging with customers who have overdue installments. Responsibilities

  • Visit customers’ residences or businesses in the Kediri area to conduct face‑to‑face collection activities.
  • Explain outstanding balances, clarify payment terms, and negotiate settlement options that align with company policy.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets set by the branch manager, balancing quantity of contacts with quality of recoveries.
  • Maintain a daily visit schedule, ensuring that the required number of accounts is contacted each day.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system, noting promises to pay, disputes, and any required follow‑up.
  • Follow established legal and ethical procedures, including verification of customer identity and proper handling of confidential information.
  • Provide feedback to the credit risk team on recurring issues, potential fraud, or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, regulatory updates, and customer service excellence.
  • Report weekly performance metrics, including collection amounts, visit counts, and any escalated cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA/Package C acceptable).
  • At least 1 year of experience in field collection, debt recovery, or a related sales role; 2 years preferred.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for field travel.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Kediri region, including neighborhoods, major streets, and local landmarks.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of managing time effectively without constant supervision.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and adapt to occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • All genders are welcome; candidates must be willing to reside in or relocate to Kediri and surrounding areas.
