Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lesson plans for elementary subjects, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Incorporate Information Technology tools (such as interactive whiteboards, educational apps, and online resources) to enhance student participation and learning outcomes.
- Facilitate daily Qur’an reading sessions, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for spiritual growth.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and classroom activities using the school’s digital management system.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, field trips, and community service projects that promote holistic development.
- Uphold school policies regarding safety, discipline, and confidentiality, serving as a role model of honesty and responsibility.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and parent‑teacher conferences to continuously improve teaching practice.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Primary School Education (PGSD) or a related field.
- At least one year of teaching experience in an elementary setting; prior experience with technology‑enhanced instruction is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic IT applications, including word processing, presentation software, and learning management systems.
- Ability to read and recite the Al‑Qur’an fluently, with an understanding of its moral teachings.
- Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility in all professional duties.
