Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Limboto, Gorontalo. This role is a key part of our credit‑control and collection function, ensuring that overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are handled efficiently and in line with the company’s performance targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the branch office, customers, and internal stakeholders to safeguard cash flow while maintaining strong, professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring timely payment and reducing delinquency rates.
- Monitor credit portfolios, identify high‑risk accounts, and initiate proactive outreach to borrowers.
- Conduct field visits to borrowers in the Limboto and surrounding regions to verify information, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to branch management, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to update customer records and adjust credit limits based on repayment behavior.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to debt collection and data privacy.
- Support the development of collection strategies by providing feedback on market conditions and borrower behavior.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on multifinance products, legal aspects of collections, and effective negotiation techniques.
- Represent Adira Finance professionally during on‑site visits, reinforcing the company’s brand and commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any field; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 30 years (maximum 29 years at the time of hiring).
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, collections, or a related financial services role; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong analytical ability.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with collection management software.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira branch office in Limboto, Gorontalo, and to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
