This position is based in the bustling region of Banda Aceh & Aceh Besar and plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of our kitchen‑related operations. The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable routine for those looking to develop their career in operational management within the food‑service and retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily preparation and organization of cooking equipment, ensuring all tools are clean, functional, and readily available for kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products, performing regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery drivers to receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the team in maintaining a tidy and safe work environment, including waste segregation, sanitation checks, and compliance with local health regulations.
- Document operational activities, such as shift reports, equipment maintenance logs, and incident records, to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, sales associates, and management to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Participate in routine training sessions on food safety, equipment handling, and customer service best practices.
- Provide assistance during peak periods, helping to accelerate order processing while maintaining quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between the operational floor and supervisory staff, communicating any issues, suggestions, or emergencies promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 29 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in a similar operational or retail environment is preferred.
- Residency in Banda Aceh or Aceh Besar is highly desirable.
- Must not be currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and punctuality.
- Commitment to regular worship (Rajin Beribadah) as part of personal values.
- Basic familiarity with store management systems or inventory software is a plus.
