Responsibilities

As a member of our front‑line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining operational efficiency. Typical duties include:

  • Taking orders accurately, relaying them to the kitchen, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards.
  • Handling cash transactions, processing credit card payments, and balancing receipts at the end of each shift.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including table settings, countertops, and service stations.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, reporting low stock, and assisting with restocking supplies.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff, supervisors, and fellow team members to resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all patrons.
  • Responding to customer feedback, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participating in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on menu changes, promotional offers, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
