Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Advertising Specialist to join our fast‑growing marketing team in Yogyakarta. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a vibrant work environment where creativity meets data‑driven decision making. The role operates Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and reports directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, while collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver measurable results for our clients and internal brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch comprehensive digital advertising strategies on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search & Display, TikTok, and major marketplace platforms.
- Conduct in‑depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable campaign adjustments.
- Create monthly media plans, including budget allocation (RAB), flight schedules, and performance KPIs.
- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative design team to produce visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis, leveraging A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management techniques.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting ROI, cost‑per‑acquisition, and other key metrics.
- Stay proactive on industry updates, algorithm changes, and platform policy shifts to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the social media team to synchronize organic and paid efforts for maximum reach and engagement.
- Assist in training junior team members on best practices for ad creation, tracking, and analytics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline; a background in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing paid media; 2 + years preferred for senior‑level candidates.
- Proficient in major digital ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok Ads, and marketplace advertising tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, trend‑responsive ad messages.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Excel, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to brief designers and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
