Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our KITCHEN CREW team at the Hub ASTRO facilities in Tangerang. This full‑time position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced food‑and‑beverage environments and are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of a modern kitchen. As part of the crew, you will be involved in everything from inventory management and food preparation to ensuring a clean and safe workspace. The role offers a stable schedule (08:00 – 17:00) with shift work and the possibility of placement across all Hub ASTRO locations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure day‑to‑day kitchen operations run seamlessly, coordinating with fellow staff to meet service targets.
  • Conduct regular checks and cross‑reference product quantities against inventory records to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Update stock, inventory, and inbound data in the central system, flagging discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and submit routine operational reports, highlighting key metrics such as waste, prep time, and equipment status.
  • Maintain a spotless work area and ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
  • Execute cooking processes from raw ingredients to finished menu items, adhering to recipe specifications and food safety standards.
  • Prep ingredients, portion supplies, and organize workstations before each service shift begins.
  • Assist in menu development by suggesting improvements based on taste, cost efficiency, and customer feedback.
  • Support the team during peak periods, stepping into multiple roles as needed to keep service flow uninterrupted.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on hygiene, equipment handling, and new menu launches.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Male or female (the original text specified male, but the role is open to all qualified candidates).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the F&B sector, preferably as a kitchen assistant, line cook, or barista.
  • Strong attention to detail, quick reflexes, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to be assigned to any Hub ASTRO location and to work in a rotating shift system.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations, stock control, and kitchen equipment operation.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the demands of a busy kitchen environment.
