Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and professional Petugas Keamanan to join our security team at a high‑traffic commercial complex in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. This full‑time role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and the chance to work in a dynamic environment where safety, customer service, and quick decision‑making are paramount. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, physically fit male applicant who holds the required Gada Pratama and KTA certifications and demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere for visitors, tenants, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular perimeter and interior patrols to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
- Manage access control points, verify identification, and record entry/exit logs for all personnel and visitors.
- Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate with the control room to respond promptly to any suspicious behavior.
- Provide immediate first‑response assistance during emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain daily activity logs, and communicate findings to supervisors and local law enforcement as needed.
- Enforce the facility’s security policies, including dress code compliance (no piercings or tattoos) and visitor regulations.
- Assist in crowd management during events, peak shopping periods, and delivery operations.
- Perform routine checks of safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, alarm panels, and emergency exits to ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and management to develop and improve security protocols.
- Offer courteous assistance to tenants and guests, answering queries and providing directions when required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of relevant security experience.
- Valid Gada Pratama and KTA certifications.
- Physical stature: minimum height of 170 cm; good physical fitness for patrol duties.
- Residence in Jakarta Pusat or the ability to commute reliably to Kemayoran.
- Clean appearance: no body piercings or visible tattoos.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to stay calm under pressure, make quick judgments, and follow established procedures.
- Basic knowledge of first‑aid, fire safety, and emergency evacuation protocols.
