Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Staff Personalia & Administrasi Sumber Daya Manusia to join our rapidly growing Human Resources team in Jakarta Timur. This role is pivotal for ensuring compliance with Indonesia’s evolving labor legislation, particularly the Undang‑Undang Cipta Kerja, while delivering seamless personnel administration and HRIS support. The successful candidate will work closely with senior HR managers, legal advisors, and line supervisors to maintain a high‑performing, legally compliant workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end personnel administration, including onboarding, contract issuance, data entry, and off‑boarding processes.
- Maintain and regularly update the HR Information System (HRIS) to guarantee data integrity and generate accurate reports for management.
- Interpret, apply, and communicate the latest provisions of the UU Cipta Kerja and other labor regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Support the recruitment cycle by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documents in accordance with legal standards.
- Conduct periodic audits of employee files, ensuring all statutory documents (e.g., BPJS, tax forms) are current and properly archived.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual HR compliance reports for internal audit and external regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with payroll to verify attendance, overtime, and leave records, ensuring accurate compensation.
- Provide guidance and counseling to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedural matters, fostering a transparent work environment.
- Collaborate with the legal department to resolve labor disputes, draft corrective action plans, and mitigate potential litigation risks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending process enhancements and technology adoption to streamline HR operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law (Hukum) – a strict prerequisite.
- Gender & Age: Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in personnel administration or HR compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable adapting to new HR technologies.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UU Cipta Kerja, Indonesian labor law, and employment compliance.
- Location: Resides in Jakarta Timur or surrounding areas, with reliable transportation to the office.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
