Introduction
The Kepala Cabang Tanjung Morawa (Pengawasan Operasional) is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing daily branch activities, driving product awareness, and ensuring the financial health of micro‑enterprise clients in the Tanjung Morawa region. Reporting directly to senior management, the Branch Head will coordinate surveys, community outreach, and performance monitoring while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and customer‑centric service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and lead product & company socialisation initiatives at the sub‑district (kecamatan) and village levels to expand market reach.
- Schedule, coordinate, and secure approval for all branch meetings and client gatherings, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the branch team, providing coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed.
- Provide daily forecasts on loan disbursement, partner counts, and financing needs to supervisors and team members, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform periodic on‑site monitoring of all registered client groups (kumpulan) to verify compliance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly branch reports that capture key metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance, discuss operational hurdles, and plan initiatives for the upcoming week.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, loan applications, and collection activities in line with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with regional risk and compliance teams to mitigate credit risk and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study fields accepted.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in micro‑finance banking, SME loan financing, or related financial services.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, demonstrating strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, disciplined work ethic, high integrity, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle (Sepeda motor) and a SIM C driving licence.
- Proficiency in analytical tools, branch management, debt collection processes, and strategic leadership.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to rural locations.
