Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Officer Marketing – Brand & Campaign Management to join our fast‑growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand’s digital presence, driving high‑impact campaigns, and translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, 08:00 – 17:00, and offers the chance to work within a collaborative environment that values creativity, analytical rigor, and proactive communication.
Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end campaign management, from brief creation to post‑launch evaluation.
- Maintain and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with consistent, on‑brand content.
- Monitor key performance indicators, conduct data‑driven analysis, and adjust tactics according to the latest marketing trends.
- Develop, produce, and execute creative assets (copy, graphics, video snippets) that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including product, sales, and customer experience—to ensure integrated marketing communications.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports that highlight ROI, audience reach, engagement metrics, and actionable insights.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and industry best practices to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
- Assist in budgeting, media buying, and optimization across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
- Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring every piece of content reflects the company’s voice and visual guidelines.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: 25 – 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Professional Experience: 1 – 3 years in Marketing or Digital Marketing, with proven exposure to campaign management.
- Industry Preference: Experience in transportation, travel, or hospitality sectors is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics; comfortable interpreting performance dashboards.
- Analytical Ability: Demonstrated capability to read, analyze, and act upon campaign data to improve outcomes.
- Creative Aptitude: Ability to generate fresh, on‑brand content ideas and execute them efficiently.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proactive attitude, strong teamwork spirit, and the capacity to work independently when required.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with ad‑analysis tools, data visualization, and basic graphic design principles is a plus.
