Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in commercial, institutional, and residential spaces, ensuring floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas meet strict hygiene standards.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and equipment safely, following manufacturer guidelines and company protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas that require additional attention, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain an organized supply closet, restocking cleaning materials and ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned workloads efficiently, supporting one another during peak periods or special projects.
- Adhere to the company’s health and safety policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals.
- Document completed tasks using the company’s digital tracking system to provide transparency and accountability.
- Participate in regular training sessions on emerging cleaning techniques, eco‑friendly products, and client‑specific requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates are preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
- At least 0 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with supervisors and peers.

- Commitment to a full‑time schedule (Monday–Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) with reliable attendance.
