Responsibilities

- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software, updating records daily and following up on inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and service teams to coordinate promotions, events, and after‑sales support.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new product launches, industry regulations, and best‑practice selling techniques.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Disciplined, punctual, and presentable with a professional appearance.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) is highly preferred.
- Own reliable transportation and residence in Malang to ensure timely customer visits.
