Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering basic questions about dishes and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, checking for correctness and completeness before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring condiments are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to coordinate meal timing and resolve any service issues.
- Handle guest payments, process credit card transactions, and issue receipts while adhering to cash‑handling procedures.
- Respond to guest feedback, address concerns professionally, and escalate matters to management when necessary.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices.
- Assist with inventory checks for tableware, linens, and beverage supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Professional appearance – neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods.

- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training for the right attitude.
- Availability to work full days from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional peak‑hour coverage.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, or a willingness to learn them.
