Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Perawatan Kebun dan Lingkungan to join our team and ensure that our outdoor spaces remain safe, attractive, and well‑maintained. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and possess a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of garden and environmental maintenance tasks, contributing directly to the aesthetic appeal and functional quality of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily lawn mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance across all garden areas.
- Plant, transplant, water, fertilize, and prune a variety of trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants according to seasonal schedules.
- Inspect and maintain irrigation systems, clearing clogs and adjusting sprinklers to ensure efficient water usage.
- Remove weeds, debris, and litter from pathways, flower beds, and surrounding environments to promote safety and cleanliness.
- Apply appropriate pest control measures and monitor for signs of disease, coordinating with external specialists when needed.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of temporary outdoor installations for events, ensuring all plantings are protected.
- Conduct routine checks of garden equipment (mowers, trimmers, hoses) and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Collaborate with other facilities staff to support broader environmental initiatives, such as recycling programs and green space enhancements.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed, including dates, tasks completed, and any observations regarding plant health.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, using personal protective equipment and following proper lifting techniques.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (Laki‑laki).
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- Education: No specific formal education required; all educational levels are welcome.
- Physical fitness: Ability to perform strenuous manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Proven agility and quickness in handling garden tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work on-site from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic knowledge of garden maintenance, including plant care, irrigation, and pest management.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia to coordinate with supervisors and team members.
