Responsibilities
- Greet and escort all visitors, ensuring a courteous and professional reception experience.
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Maintain the front‑office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Process and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries in a timely manner.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparation of reports using standard office software.
- Support the HR and accounting departments with onboarding paperwork, visitor badges, and expense receipt tracking.
- Monitor and replenish front‑desk supplies, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of office equipment (printers, scanners, phones) and liaise with IT when needed.
- Provide translation or language assistance for non‑Indonesian speakers when required.
- Participate in shift rotations, including weekends, to guarantee continuous front‑desk coverage.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or front‑office staff is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Polished appearance, strong personal discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in common office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic knowledge of reservation or CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate sound analytical thinking, and resolve issues quickly.
- Willingness to work a shift schedule (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–17:00) and prioritize candidates residing in Pemalang.
